  • Q: What's the difference between cappings wax and comb wax?

    A: Cappings wax is the pure wax layer bees use to seal honey cells. It's lighter in color and has a delicate aroma. Comb wax is the foundation bees build their honeycomb with — it's golden yellow with a richer honey scent. Both are 100% pure, just from different parts of the hive.

     

    Q: How are your products categorized by use?

    A: We categorize our beeswax by application — balms and ointments, food, skincare and cosmetics, candles, and wood care. Each application requires slightly different characteristics (color, scent, purity level), and we can recommend the best grade for your specific needs.

     

    Q: Can beeswax be used for skincare?

    A: Yes. Beeswax is a common natural ingredient in lip balms, lotions, creams, and other skincare products. Our Light Cappings Wax and White Beeswax are the most commonly used grades for skincare applications.

     

    Q: Can beeswax be used in food applications?

    A: Yes, beeswax is commonly used for cheese coatings, food wraps, and confectionery. Our beeswax is physically processed — no chemicals, no additives — and is suitable for food contact applications.

     

    Q: Do you offer samples?

    A: Yes. We offer a 200g sample pack (100g cappings + 100g comb wax) for makers who want to test our wax before placing a full order. The wax is free — you only pay shipping.

     

    Q: What's your minimum order quantity?

    A: Our minimum order is 10kg for trial orders. For bulk orders, we can supply up to 500kg+ per shipment.

     

    Q: Do you offer DDP door-to-door shipping?

    A: Yes. We offer DDP shipping to most countries — we handle everything from shipping to customs clearance and import duties. You just wait at home.

     

    Q: Can you supply larger quantities than 500kg?

    A: Yes. For larger quantities, please contact us directly. We can work with you to plan production and delivery schedules.

     

    Q: Do you have lab test reports?

    A: Yes. Every batch is tested for acid value, saponification value, heavy metals, and pesticide residues. Full reports are available upon request.

     

    Q: Do you offer custom packaging?

    A: Yes. We can work with you on custom packaging and labeling for bulk orders. Please contact us with your specific requirements.
